Effective Date & Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Welcome to Rebate Energy. By accessing or utilizing our web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and rebate management systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing any portal (Admin, Marketer, Contractor, Driver, Utility Provider), or submitting rebate transactions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to act on behalf of your entity, and agree to comply with all applicable local and federal regulations governing energy efficiency programs.
2. Portal User Accounts & Security
Access to administrative, seller/marketer, contractor, driver, and utility provider portals is strictly controlled and authenticated:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (passwords, OTP codes, and API tokens).
- All activities conducted under your account credentials are your legal responsibility.
- You must immediately notify Rebate Energy of any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security breach.
- Sharing credentials across multiple individuals without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Energy Rebate Programs & Transaction Integrity
All rebate claims, product orders, installation verifications, and financial incentives submitted through this platform are subject to strict compliance and auditing:
- All customer identity data, electricity meter numbers, serial numbers, and installation photos must be authentic and accurately reflect actual field work.
- Transactions are validated against program rules and synchronized with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Submitting fraudulent, duplicate, altered, or inaccurate documentation will result in immediate termination of portal access, cancellation of rebate claims, and potential civil or criminal legal liability.
4. Field Inspections & Proof of Installation
For items requiring field verification, contractors and drivers agree to capture high-accuracy geotagged photos, barcode scans, and completion records as mandated by program guidelines. Rebate Energy reserves the right to conduct independent physical and digital audits prior to releasing incentive disbursements.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, mobile application designs, source code, logos, trademarks, database architectures, and documentation associated with Rebate Energy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rebate Energy Co. and its licensors.
